Thick tomato soup


1.Three large tomatoes(cut into 4 pieces)
2.Sugar 1 tsp 
3.Salt to taste
4.Four peppercorns
5.Half onion(chopped)
6.Olive oil 2 tsp


1.In a sauce pan  add olive oil and chopped onion.
2.Cook the onion till its golden brown.
3.Now add the tomato and cook it for 2 minutes.
4.Add the sugar, salt to taste and the peppercorns to the tomato
5.Add 150 ml of water and bring to boil till the tomato is cooked.
6.Finally blend the tomato soup and serve with bread.
