1.Two big tomatoes
2.Two cloves of garlic(crushed)
3.One finely chopped green chilli
4.Olive oil 1 tsp
6.Black pepper powder
1.Wash and boil the tomatoes
2.Peel the skin of the tomato and grind the tomato with the water in which you boiled it.
3.In a saucepan add the olive oil, garlic and green chilli, saute it for few seconds and then add the tomato puree that you made, and bring it to a boil.
4.Now garnish it with finely chopped coriander and black pepper powder.
NOTE- If you want the soup to be thick then you can add 1/2 tbs of corn flour while grinding your tomato.
