1. There is no specific time to eat food. As we all know we should take our breakfast within 8 o'clock, lunch before 1 o'clock and dinner not after 7 o' clock.
2. Take a heavy breakfast and heavy lunch but a lite dinner.(you can take small snacks in between your meals)
3. Give at least 3 hours of gap between every meal so that, food is digested properly.
4. Eat at least 4 hours before you go to bed.
5. If you feel hungry at night, take a fruit.
