food remedies for common cold

Food to avoid

1. Any cold food or drink
2. Curd
3. Other dairy product(can cause more mucus)
4. Fruit juice


Food to eat

1. Hot green tea
2. Ginger(extract the juice dilute with some water or add in tea)
3. Garlic(add in your food)
4. Citrus fruit(room temperature)
5. Turmeric mixed with warm milk 
6. Chicken soup
7. Boiled egg
