healthy cooking tips


1. Use oil spray instead of table spoon oil, butter or shortening.
2. Use fat-free or low fat milk, cheese and yogurt.
3. Instead of deep frying, grill, broil, roast or stir-fry your fish, chicken etc.
4. Remove skin of chicken or turkey to trim fat off meats before cooking.
5. Use lemon juice on your grilled meat and vegetables instead of butter and sauces.
6. Add a lot of vegetables and fruits to your daily diet.
