1. Half cup of onion (shredded)
2. Half cup of carrots  (shredded)
3. Half cup of green bell pepper (shredded)

Preparation

1. In a frying pan take 1 tbs of olive oil, add the onion saute it for a minute, now add the shredded carrots and bell pepper and saute it for another minute.
2. Add the cabbage and fry all the vegetables till they are half cooked. 
3. Add salt to taste, tomato chili sauce, black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves.
4. Switch off the heat and let it cool.
5. Now prepare the sandwich and grill it in a sandwich griller for 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or chutney.

(Don't over cook the vegetables)

cabbage soup

Ingredients

1. One cup cabbage(cut into pieces)
2. One cup of tomato puree
3. One fourth cup of carrot
4. One fourth cup of green bell pepper
5. Two cloves of garlic(finely chopped)
6. Small piece of ginger(finely chopped)
7. Puree of one tomato
8. Chili sauce or tobasco sauce
9. Salt to taste
10. Black pepper
11. Coriander leaves
12. One fourth cup of onion(cut into cubes)
13. 1/2 tbs of corn flour(optional)
14. Olive oil 1 tbs


Preparation

1. In a sauce pan take 1 tbs of olive oil, add the chopped ginger, garlic and saute for few seconds now add the onion and saute for another second.
2. Now add the carrots and bell peppers and saute for a minute.
3.Add the cabbage, cook on a medium heat till its half cooked.
4. Now pour the tomato puree and one and a half cup of water. Let it boil.
5. Now add salt to taste, chili sauce or tobasco sauce and black pepper powder.
6. When it starts boiling add corn flour mix(optional).
7. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

1. Two tomatoes (Boiled)
2. Two cloves of garlic(crushed)
3. One green chili (finely chopped)
4. Olive oil
5. Salt to taste
6. Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Preparation

1. Boil the tomatoes. Peel the skin, grind the tomatoes to thin puree and keep it aside.
2. Now in a sauce pan take 1 tbs of olive oil, add the chopped green chilies and crushed garlic.
3. Pour the the tomato puree and let it boil.
4. Now add salt to taste and black pepper.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients

1. One cup button mushrooms (washed and cut into pieces)
2. Two cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
3. Two green chili (finely chopped)
4. Corn flour powder 1 tbs
5. Olive oil 1/2 tbs
6. Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
7. Salt to taste
8. Black pepper powder
9. Tomato sauce

Preparation

1. In a sauce pan add 1/2 tbs of olive oil.
2. Add the chopped  green chili and garlic, saute it for few seconds
3. Now add the mushroom (make sure to squeeze out the excess water after washing them)
4. Saute them for 4 minutes till the mushrooms are half way cooked.
5. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil
6. Mix the corn flour with 4 tbs of water separately and add it to the boiling soup to make it thick.
7. Now add salt to taste, black pepper powder and let it cook for 2-4 minutes on medium heat.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves, tomato sauce and serve hot.

3. Add the mushrooms and cook them for 3-4 minutes on medium heat till the mushrooms are half cooked.
4. Put the finely chopped spinach and saute them for few seconds (don't cook the spinach for long time)
5. Add water, salt to taste and black pepper powder and bring it to a boil.
6. Let the soup boil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and then serve it hot.
