avocado sandwich


1. One avocado
2. One cup cucumber (chopped)
3. One cup onion (chopped)
4. Half cup tomatoes (chopped)
5. One green chili (chopped)
6. Coriander leaves (chopped)
7. Salt to taste
8. Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbs
9. Lemon juice 1 tbs
10. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
11. Bread of your choice


1. De-seed the avocado and scoop it with a spoon. Now in a bowl mash the avocado nicely, add all the ingredients mentioned above and mix them properly.
2. Now prepare the sandwich and grill it in a sandwich griller for 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
