egg toast

Ingredients

1. 3 egg whites
2. Salt to taste
3. black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
4. Olive oil spray
5. Bread

   Preparation

1. In a bowl take 3 egg whites (you can also use whole egg), salt to taste and black pepper powder, beat the eggs nicely.
2. Now cut the breads into triangle or squares. Dip the breads in the egg and coat them properly.
3. In a pan spray olive oil and toast the breads on slow heat (so it doesn't burn).
4. Flip sides and sprinkle black pepper powder.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or ketchup.
