Cheese omelette | Tomato cheese omelette | Healthy breakfast recipe | Breakfast omelette recipe | Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese omelette


1. Egg whole 3
2. Onion 2 tbs (finely chopped)
3. Tomato 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
4. Green chili 1 (finely chopped)
5. Coriander leaves 1 tbs (finely chopped)
6. Salt to taste
7. Cumin powder 1 tsp
8. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
9. Olive oil 1/2 tbs
10. Butter 1 tbs 
11. Mozzarella & cheddar cheese mix 1/2 cup 


1. Break three eggs in a bowl and keep it aside. Now finely chop onion, tomatoes, green chili and coriander leaves.
2. Add salt to taste, 1 tsp of cumin powder and 1 tsp of black pepper powder to the eggs.
3. Now add 2 tbs of finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup of finely chopped tomatoes, one finely chopped green chili and 1 tbs of finely chopped coriander leaves to the eggs. You can also add more tomatoes (1 cup).
4. Beat the egg and other ingredients nicely using a fork or a hand beater. keep it aside.
5. Now add 1/2 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of butter in a pan, on a low heat. Pour the egg mix and cover it. Keeping the heat in low will help the omelette to cook from inside without burning the outer portion. 
6. Flip the egg twice and add 1/2 cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix on the top, turn off the heat and cover it for 2-3 minutes, so the cheese melts.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your tomato cheese omellete.
