Vanilla cake recipe | Eggless vanilla Cake | Simple vanilla Cake | One cup cake

Ingredients

1. All purpose flour 1 cup
2. Butter 1 cup (melted)
3. Heavy cream 1 cup
4. Milk 1 cup (warm)
5. Sugar 1 cup
6. Baking powder 1 tbs
7. Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Preparation

1. In a big bowl take one cup butter and one cup of sugar, use confectioners sugar for baking, but if you don't have confectioners sugar then grind the granulated sugar to powder and use it. Now mix them using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
2. When the sugar is mixed with the butter add one cup of heavy cream and beat it until it becomes thick whipped cream. This is going to help the cake to be more spongy.  
3. Now add one cup of warm milk and mix again. Adding warm milk is going to balance the temperature of the liquid mix.
4. Add one cup of all purpose flour, mix, now add one tsp of vanilla extract and mix all the ingredients nicely, to avoid lump in the batter. Or you can pour the batter into a sieve to get it smooth. 
5. Now grease a baking try and preheat the oven. Finally add one tbs of baking powder, mix it with a spoon nicely and pour the batter into the baking tray.
6. Bake the cake at 350 degree F for 30 to 35 minutes, After baking check the cake by inserting a tooth pick or knife in the cake, if it comes out clear then the cake is baked to perfect.
7. Let it to cool down, garnish with some whipped cream and fruits and enjoy your eggless vanilla cake.
