Spinach Cutlets | Palak cutlet | #spinach

One of the best sources of iron, calcium, vitamin C, and loads of essential minerals, the spinach is undoubtedly the best green leafy vegetable, and a simple spinach cutlet is the best way to health as well as taste. This spinach recipe is super simple to make and really delicious to eat, so let's check the recipe.


1. Spinach (washed and finely chopped) 2 cups
2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
3. Gram flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Turmeric powder 2 Tsp
6. Cumin powder 2 Tsp
7. Red chili powder 2 Tsp
8. Onions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
9. Oil as needed 


1. In a big bowl take the finely chopped spinach, add chopped onions, salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder.

2. Now add gram flour, rice flour and mix all the ingredients using your hands, do not add water, if the mixture feels dry sprinkle some water from above.

3. On a skillet (Tawa) heat a Tbsp of oil, make small flat round shaped spinach cutlet and place them on the skillet. Cook them from both the sides on medium heat.

4. Once it's done from both the sides, take them out and serve hot. It tastes best if served as an additional side with rice but, you can always eat them all by itself.
