Breakfast is one of the essential meals of the day, especially if you are on a strict diet or on any specific diet like keto, paleo, low carb. It becomes important to eat something tasty, healthy, & nutritious. Here is a delicious breakfast recipe, that will make your diet even more interesting, I made little changes according to my taste but trust it's incredible. (Recipe Video Included)
Preparation time - 7 minutes Cooking time - 5-6 minutes Servings - 2
Ingredients 1. Cauliflower - 1/2 2. Egg - 1 4. Black Pepper powder - 2 tsp 3. Salt - To taste 6. Rosemary & Garlic powder - 2 tsp 5. Red chili flakes - 2 tsp 8. Corn starch - 1 tbsp 7. Coriander leaves - Handful 9. Cheddar Cheese - 2 tbsp 10. Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp Preparation 1. First finely grate half a cauliflower, wash thoroughly and keep them in a big bowl.
2. Now to this add 1 whole egg, or you can also add 2 egg white. 3. Next salt to taste and 2 tsp of black pepper powder. 4. Next to this add 2 tsp of red chili flakes and 2 tsp of rosemary & garlic powder. You can also add 1/2 a tbsp of finely chopped garlic instead of rosemary & garlic powder. 5. Now add a handful of coriander leaves, including more of the stem part of the leaves and a tbsp of corn starch for binding. 6. Finally, add 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese (which is optional). 7. Mix all the ingredients together nicely and keep aside. Time to pan fry. 8. To pan-fry the hash browns, take 2 tbsp of olive oil in on a flat pan. When the oil is warm, place the hash browns on the skillet. 9. Turn sides and cook the hash browns from both sides, on medium to high heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side and take out on a plate. 10. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
